Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Convert leads generated through marketing platforms into realized business
• Conduct client meetings to consult on the end-to-end UAE business setup process
• Educate clients on product offerings and local laws regarding business setup
• Present recommendations on business opportunities and advantages in different UAE zones
• Research client business nature and its implications across various zones
• Liaise with internal teams, licensing authorities, and bankers to ensure seamless setup
• Prepare and present sales reports to management
• Upsell and cross-sell services to deliver added value to clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales and business development
• Proven track record of generating business with a proactive, "go-getter" attitude
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage documentation and databases
• Strong integrity, dependability, and work ethic
