About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product information
  • Process customer returns according to established department policies
  • Work closely with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed charges
  • Provide feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures or customer concerns
  • Partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations

Requirements

  • 1+ years of medical industry or call center/customer service experience
  • Ability to read and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
  • Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
