About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order status and product information
- Process customer returns according to established department policies
- Work closely with the Medical Billing department to resolve disputed charges
- Provide feedback to Customer Service Management regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Partner with Sales Representatives to meet or exceed customer service expectations
Requirements
- 1+ years of medical industry or call center/customer service experience
- Ability to read and interpret medical supply publications and technical procedures
- Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, and percentages
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, or overtime as needed
