About the role
Responsibilities
- Coordinate device repairs for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, managing the entire process from order entry to invoicing
- Record and create device orders within the SAP system
- Manage the administrative processing of repair orders, including acceptance and entry
- Monitor and track repair processes in collaboration with internal and external service providers
- Communicate with customers regarding device and repair status
- Manage loaner devices, including the organization of shipping
- Ensure timely processing of all repair orders and handle final invoicing and order closure
- Act as a communication interface between field service and the customer
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of commercial processes, including order management and customer service
- Proficiency in SAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- A structured, diligent, and detail-oriented working style
