Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries, expedite critical orders, and communicate dispositions.
• Research and resolve order issues, discrepancies, and customer credit problems.
• Provide support to sales teams and external customers through quote preparation, order tracking, and backlog processing.
• Identify and investigate opportunities to improve internal processes and key performance metrics.
• Maintain and update electronic and hard copy records accurately.
• Ensure high-quality customer relations by resolving claims and complaints effectively.
• Act as an informal team lead or coach for less experienced team members when required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of eight years of related experience in customer service or a similar field.
• Extensive computer, email, and phone skills.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently on complex problems with minimal guidance.
