Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Confer with internal and external customers via telephone to provide product information and enter orders
• Receive and respond to customer issues, collaborating with other departments to ensure resolution
• Resolve service or billing issues by performing activities such as issuing credits and coordinating pick-ups
• Support customers with internet orders and troubleshoot issues to find optimal solutions
• Coordinate cross-dock processing and maintain accurate records within the company filing system
• Manage high call volumes and customer complaints calmly and effectively

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Five years of experience in a customer service-related field
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Strong typing and data entry skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle high-stress situations
• Availability to work a Sunday-Thursday schedule (Sunday 7:00am-1:00pm, Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm) and holidays
