Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Maintain ongoing relationships with customers and the ADM Commercial Team
• Enter and manage sales and purchase contracts
• Process invoices and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Research and resolve customer issues regarding markets and documentation
• Produce daily settlements, checks, and delivery sheets using grain accounting software
• Partner with ADM Assets, Technical Teams, and Shared Services to ensure operational efficiency
• Manage order entry, scheduling, and logistics in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work harvest hours, which includes weekends
• Ability to make moderately complex decisions in a dynamic environment
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or business
• 2-4 years of experience in accounting or customer service
