Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, answering calls and emails with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule appointments and manage client reminders and follow-ups
• Greet clients upon arrival and accurately gather patient information
• Process payments and maintain precise medical records
• Provide post-visit instructions and promote preventive care services
• Support daily front desk and general practice operations

Requirements

• Proven veterinary front desk experience (references required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency with practice management software such as Avimark, Cornerstone, or Impromed
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with USDA APHIS regulations and the VEHCS system
• Advanced computer proficiency and technical savvy
