Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and communicate effectively with clients and doctors
• Schedule appointments and manage digital patient records
• Handle invoicing and receive client payments
• Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by cleaning exam rooms
• Provide top-notch client service to ensure pets and their owners feel welcomed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong computer skills and ability to manage digital records
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to relocate to Voorheesville, NY

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a veterinary practice
• Experience in a customer service or reception role
