About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, greeting them and their pets warmly upon arrival.
- Manage client communications by answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Schedule appointments efficiently and manage appointment reminders and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate client and patient records within the practice management system.
- Process payments, financing options, and billing inquiries.
- Coordinate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and provide post-visit instructions.
- Assist with administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean reception area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently.
- Proficiency with technology, scheduling software, and online communication platforms.
