Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, greeting them and their pets warmly upon arrival.
• Manage client communications by answering phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments efficiently and manage appointment reminders and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records within the practice management system.
• Process payments, financing options, and billing inquiries.
• Coordinate with the medical team to ensure seamless patient care and provide post-visit instructions.
• Assist with administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean reception area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently.
• Proficiency with technology, scheduling software, and online communication platforms.

• Previous experience in a veterinary or healthcare environment.
