Responsibilities
- Answering and managing high-volume phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and assisting clients
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting front desk workflow and daily hospital operations
- Assisting with client communication via phone, email, and text platforms
- Maintaining a professional, compassionate, and team-focused environment
Requirements
- Experience with multi-line phone systems
- Professional email communication skills
- Proven customer service and client communication experience
- Proficiency in cash handling and payment processing
- Experience with opening and end-of-day closing procedures
- Ability to reconcile payments and daily balances
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Reliable form of transportation
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a veterinary setting
- Background in medical, hospitality, or high-volume customer service environments
