Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately
• Maintain client records and update information as needed
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry
• Coordinate with veterinary staff to provide seamless patient care
• Handle client concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Compassionate demeanor and a love for animals

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office setting
• Additional education or certification in office administration
