About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage appointment scheduling and client communications via phone and email
- Handle billing processes and create cost estimates for clients
- Maintain and update medical records and enter new client data
- Process online pharmacy requests and manage filing tasks
- Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced veterinary environment
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills and confidence in digital workflows
- Strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities
- Ability to work weekdays, early evenings, and Saturdays (8 am to 1 pm)
- Patient, friendly, and organized professional demeanor
- Ability to work onsite in Hicksville, NY
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with Avimark software
