About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage appointment scheduling and client communications via phone and email
  • Handle billing processes and create cost estimates for clients
  • Maintain and update medical records and enter new client data
  • Process online pharmacy requests and manage filing tasks
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced veterinary environment

Requirements

  • Excellent computer skills and confidence in digital workflows
  • Strong multi-tasking and time-management abilities
  • Ability to work weekdays, early evenings, and Saturdays (8 am to 1 pm)
  • Patient, friendly, and organized professional demeanor
  • Ability to work onsite in Hicksville, NY

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with Avimark software
