About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets and provide friendly customer service
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Manage client communications including reminders and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Process payments and assist with check-in and check-out
- Communicate effectively with doctors and technicians to support patient care
- Help maintain an organized and welcoming front desk
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and scheduling software skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, with occasional Saturdays as needed

- Veterinary or medical office experience
