Responsibilities
- Handle client check-ins and check-outs in an upbeat environment
- Manage heavy phone lines and general office duties
- Perform accurate cash handling and financial transactions
- Assist with medication knowledge and pet interaction
- Maintain hospital cleanliness and general maintenance tasks
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience
- Ability to work Saturday hours
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
