Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service responsibilities to support clinicians and administrative professionals
• Assist with client and product-specific coordination and administration to ensure efficient operations
• Provide clerical support services at the Brampton clinic
• Troubleshoot and resolve clinic, client, and customer problems in a diplomatic manner
• Maintain high-quality work in accordance with hospital standards

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of related experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including word processing and spreadsheet software
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Office Administration certificate or diploma
• Previous experience working in a healthcare environment
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Standard First/Aid and CPR certification
