Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service responsibilities
• Assist with client and product specific coordination and administration
• Provide clerical support services
• Perform other duties consistent with the job classification as required

Requirements

• High School education completion
• One year or more of related experience
• Experience with word processing and spreadsheets
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve clinic/client/customer problems diplomatically
• General knowledge of office practices, processes, and procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Office Administration certificate or diploma
• Experience working in a health care environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Standard First/Aid Basic Rescuer Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (C.P.R.) certification
