About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer orders via phone, email, fax, and other channels
- Enter orders into D365 following established SOPs and manage the process through to invoicing
- Coordinate production scheduling, delivery, and pickup
- Communicate order status updates and keep customers informed
- Support inter-location shipments and coordinate inbound/outbound logistics
- Perform additional administrative and customer service duties as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Solid computer and math skills

- Experience in the agricultural industry
