Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer and agent inquiries, issues, and errors to determine the best next steps
• Answer incoming calls and provide clear guidance on existing insurance policies
• Serve as the first point of contact after a policy sale by identifying risks and gathering required information
• Document call details, process policy changes, and answer billing questions
• Support policy requests including cancellations, profile updates, billing adjustments, and refunds
• Review policy details to identify special circumstances and provide accurate coverage information
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure exceptional service and a supportive environment

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Advanced English and Spanish (fully bilingual)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask while navigating multiple systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• High attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous call center experience
• Knowledge of the insurance industry
