Responsibilities

  • Assist customers online, in person, and over the phone
  • Welcome customers and provide high-quality customer experiences
  • Accurately assist customers with loan applications from start to completion
  • Work with team leads to meet and exceed monthly performance goals
  • Utilize company best practices to provide consistent service
  • Build relationships with customers and teammates
  • Participate in ongoing learning and development

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in phone customer service preferred
  • Experience in service-related fields with cash handling preferred
  • Ability to work in a performance-measured environment
  • Reliable transportation for travel to various locations
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Computer proficiency
