Responsibilities
- Assist customers online, in person, and over the phone
- Welcome customers and provide high-quality customer experiences
- Accurately assist customers with loan applications from start to completion
- Work with team leads to meet and exceed monthly performance goals
- Utilize company best practices to provide consistent service
- Build relationships with customers and teammates
- Participate in ongoing learning and development
Requirements
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Experience in phone customer service preferred
- Experience in service-related fields with cash handling preferred
- Ability to work in a performance-measured environment
- Reliable transportation for travel to various locations
- Excellent sales skills
- Computer proficiency
