About the role

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide a high-quality customer experience
  • Assist customers with loans, check cashing, wire transfers, money orders, and bill payments
  • Accurately process loan applications to completion
  • Reconcile cash drawers accurately
  • Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
  • Answer customer questions and build relationships

Requirements

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in a service-related field
  • Cash handling experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent sales skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Reliable transportation
