About the role
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide a high-quality customer experience
- Assist customers with loans, check cashing, wire transfers, money orders, and bill payments
- Accurately process loan applications to completion
- Reconcile cash drawers accurately
- Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
- Answer customer questions and build relationships
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Experience in a service-related field
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent sales skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Reliable transportation
