Responsibilities

- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Recommend additional services that benefit the customer
- Work closely with technicians and team members to ensure seamless service
- Learn company services to become a subject matter expert
Requirements
- 1+ year in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Experience in home services or tech industries
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan
