Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive customer service experience by educating patients on products and services
• Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms
• Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
• Utilize tools and resources to assist in accurate order entry
• Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals, and the sales team
• Consistently meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Use product knowledge to resolve patient concerns and address issues

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
• Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple digital platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to learn brand products and therapies quickly

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a call center environment
