About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer service experience by educating patients on products and services
- Review and process orders via fax and electronic platforms
- Make outbound calls to patients and referrals as needed
- Utilize tools and resources to assist in accurate order entry
- Communicate effectively with patients, teammates, healthcare professionals, and the sales team
- Consistently meet required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Use product knowledge to resolve patient concerns and address issues
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Proficient with MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple digital platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to learn brand products and therapies quickly
