ABM PHARMA, a subsidiary of the Phoenix/OCP group, is a home medical-technical service provider operating throughout France, specializing in the growing sector of aging at home.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and orient callers
  • Process pharmacy orders for rental and sale
  • Register coverage requests for pharmacists and patients
  • Manage patient and pharmacy files, including coverage sheets and dossier constitution
  • Schedule appointments and delivery planning
  • Create preparation slips for the warehouse and delivery route plans
  • Manage after-sales service (SAV) and customer complaints regarding orders, equipment, or deliveries

Requirements

  • BAC PRO or BTS in commerce/sales
  • Medical Secretary training
  • Administrative and telephony skills
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Strong listening and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the medical sector
  • Experience in home care (MAD - maintien à domicile)
