Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and orient callers
- Process pharmacy orders for rental and sale
- Register coverage requests for pharmacists and patients
- Manage patient and pharmacy files, including appointment scheduling and delivery planning
- Create preparation slips for the warehouse and delivery route plans
- Manage after-sales service (SAV) requests and complaints regarding orders, equipment, or deliveries
Requirements
- BAC PRO or BTS in commerce/sales
- Medical secretarial training
- Administrative and telephony skills
- Proficiency in office software
- Strong listening and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the medical sector
- Experience in home medical assistance (MAD)
