About the Company

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and orient callers
- Process pharmacy orders for rental and sale
- Register coverage requests for pharmacists and patients
- Manage routine inquiries, order confirmations, and complaints
- Create patient files and coverage sheets
- Schedule appointments and delivery planning
- Prepare preparation slips for the warehouse and delivery routes
- Manage after-sales service (SAV) and equipment maintenance requests
- Handle complaints regarding incorrect orders, defective equipment, or delivery issues
Requirements
- BAC PRO or BTS in commerce/sales
- Medical secretarial training
- Administrative and telephony skills
- Proficiency in office software
- Strong listening and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the medical sector
- Experience in home care (MAD - maintien à domicile)
