About the Company

ABM PHARMA, a subsidiary of the Phoenix/OCP group, is a home medical-technical service provider operating throughout France. We specialize in supporting better aging at home within a rapidly growing industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and orient callers
• Process pharmacy orders for rental and sale
• Register coverage requests for pharmacists and patients
• Manage routine inquiries, order confirmations, and complaints
• Create patient files and coverage sheets
• Schedule appointments and delivery planning
• Prepare preparation slips for the warehouse and delivery routes
• Manage after-sales service (SAV) and equipment maintenance requests
• Handle complaints regarding incorrect orders, defective equipment, or delivery issues

Requirements

• BAC PRO or BTS in commerce/sales
• Medical secretarial training
• Administrative and telephony skills
• Proficiency in office software
• Strong listening and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the medical sector
• Experience in home care (MAD - maintien à domicile)
