About the Company
ABM PHARMA, a subsidiary of the Phoenix/OCP group, is a home medical-technical service provider operating throughout France, specializing in home care and support.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and orient callers
- Process pharmacy orders for rental and sales
- Register coverage requests for pharmacists and patients
- Manage patient and pharmacy files, including coverage sheets and patient dossiers
- Schedule appointments and delivery planning
- Create preparation slips for the warehouse and delivery route plans
- Manage after-sales service (SAV) and customer complaints regarding orders, equipment, or deliveries
Requirements
- BAC PRO and/or BTS in commerce/sales
- Medical Secretary training
- Administrative and telephony skills
- Proficiency in office software
- Strong listening and analytical skills
- Previous experience in the medical sector or home care (MAD) is a plus
