About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison between clients and print production teams to ensure accurate communication of job specifications
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, quotes, and print orders via phone, email, and in person
- Provide expert guidance on printing options, file preparation, production timelines, and specifications
- Track and manage job progress, provide status updates, and proactively resolve production issues
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate client records, job tracking, and order documentation in print management systems
- Support workflow efficiency by coordinating across prepress, production, and finishing teams
Requirements
- Background in customer service, account coordination, or client relationship management
- Strong understanding of print terminology, file formats (PDF, InDesign, etc.), and production workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven print production environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the printing, graphics, or print production industry
- Familiarity with print management or job tracking systems
