Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to client inquiries, quotes, job tickets, and orders via phone and email
• Track job progress and provide real-time status updates to clients
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and production teams to ensure accurate job execution
• Provide guidance on printing services, file preparation, and production timelines
• Coordinate logistics operations, including inbound/outbound shipments, carrier selection, and delivery scheduling
• Maintain accurate client records, job tracking, and order management data
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service and production issues professionally

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, account management, logistics coordination, or operations support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to safely lift and handle items up to 25 lbs
• Willingness to travel to customer and operational sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of print terminology, file formats, and production workflows
• Experience with print management or order tracking systems
