Responsibilities
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat to create exceptional service experiences
- Deliver professional service with empathy and a positive attitude
- Handle high volumes of calls efficiently
- Resolve issues and provide timely updates across multiple communication channels
- Research solutions and provide accurate information to customer inquiries
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
- Identify opportunities to recommend value-added services
- Coordinate with technicians and office staff to ensure smooth service processes
- Maintain deep knowledge of company products and services
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the home services or tech industry
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan
