Customer Service Quality & Projects Manager

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report relevant data and KPIs to ensure transparent and efficient operations
• Plan, set up, and manage projects, including coordinating initiatives and tracking results
• Analyze, optimize, and continuously improve existing processes and workflows
• Ensure and enhance structured documentation processes and reporting
• Manage and develop external partners through performance management and regular reviews
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement quality and efficiency improvements

Requirements

• University degree
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, ideally in Customer Success
• Experience in KPI-driven project management
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems
• Strong data-driven mindset and analytical skills
• Business fluency in English and/or German
