About the role
Responsibilities
- Regularly review and assess recorded client interactions for accuracy and documentation standards
- Ensure proper workflows are followed to maintain compliance and efficiency
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents on communication style, tone, and clarity
- Participate in the training and onboarding of new customer service agents
- Develop training materials and resources to promote service quality
- Identify trends in service quality and propose solutions to management
- Collaborate with leadership to implement new procedures and training initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years in customer service or quality assurance
- Experience in healthcare or therapy services preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in customer service software and documentation tools
- English first speaker
