About the role

Responsibilities

  • Receive customer orders and enter them into SAP, ensuring pricing aligns with commercial agreements
  • Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, S&OP, Credit, and Billing departments to ensure timely product delivery
  • Manage order releases by coordinating with the Credit and Collections team
  • Monitor product availability and transport logistics to schedule shipments
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Manage post-sales follow-up and track business KPIs
  • Generate credit and debit notes as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Degree in Foreign Trade or International Relations
  • Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • English proficiency at a C1 level or higher
