About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the testing and certification process.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Educate customers on onboarding requirements, testing processes, and necessary documentation.
  • Collect and review customer documentation required to initiate test projects.
  • Open new projects and ensure accurate data entry into company systems.
  • Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments to support project completion.
  • Maintain accurate customer records within CRM and business systems, including Salesforce.
  • Address non-technical inquiries such as billing questions and service requests.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of one year of customer service, administrative support, or logistics coordination experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work onsite in Lowell, AR, during standard business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using CRM, ticketing, or case management systems.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Salesforce-based platforms.
  • Experience supporting customers through process-driven or service-related workflows.
  • Experience working in high-volume customer communication environments.
