About the role
Responsibilities
- Receive and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email regarding invoicing, labeling, and inspections.
- Coordinate customer relationships by opening new projects and facilitating communication between clients and internal departments.
- Collect product information, identify relevant industries, and communicate project completion timelines.
- Manage customer data and segment information using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Provide support for non-technical requests, including billing inquiries and general service requests.
- Assemble required reports and documentation for clients and monitor customer satisfaction through reviews.
- Participate in team initiatives to continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent higher secondary education.
- At least one year of experience in customer service or sales.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize customer needs effectively.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work within a diverse team environment.
- Ability to respond appropriately and professionally to various customer needs.
