Customer Service - Order Desk

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers
• Process customer orders and provide order confirmations
• Provide accurate product information to customers
• Handle billing for customer orders
• Manage UPS shipping tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in a similar customer service or order desk position
• Solution-oriented communicator
