About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage customer requests via telephone, email, and the company portal
- Support the resolution of issues related to orders, shipments, and technical documentation
- Update records in the company management software (Office package and dedicated software)
- Coordinate with the logistics department to monitor deliveries
- Provide pre- and post-sales assistance in compliance with medical sector regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer orientation
- Precision in managing sensitive information and documentation
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and management systems
