Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Act as the key link between B2B customers and internal departments, including sales, administration, and the supply chain
• Manage the complete administrative order process from A to Z, including order processing and complaint handling
• Coordinate the customer journey for a specific portfolio of clients across various segments such as offices, hospitals, and hotels
• Proactively assist customers with inquiries regarding product samples, availability, and order follow-ups
• Maintain and update databases using SAP and CRM systems to ensure accurate information

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven commercial work experience in a customer-facing environment
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
• Strong computer literacy, with experience in SAP being a significant advantage
• Ability to work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
