About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan the daily transport functions for specific clients and major accounts
- Prepare, check, and lodge entries accurately and in a timely manner
- Ensure all customer requirements are met by recording special instructions
- Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of work relating to jobs while meeting KPIs
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
- Problem-solve using initiative to keep clients updated on transportation issues
Requirements
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to work autonomously using a proactive approach to task resolution
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a demanding environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in transport or logistics is preferred but not required
