About the role

Responsibilities

  • Plan the daily transport functions for specific clients and major accounts
  • Prepare, check, and lodge entries accurately and in a timely manner
  • Ensure all customer requirements are met by recording special instructions
  • Maintain a smooth and efficient flow of work relating to jobs while meeting KPIs
  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Problem-solve using initiative to keep clients updated on transportation issues

Requirements

  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to work autonomously using a proactive approach to task resolution
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in a demanding environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in transport or logistics is preferred but not required
