Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Respond to complaints from tenants and owners of D1 Tower and PV Residences via calls and emails.
• Manage maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with purchasing and engineering departments to obtain third-party vendor quotes and assist with budget submissions.
• Work with the accounts team to manage statements of account, invoices, and service charge details.
• Handle tenant and owner move-in and move-out requests, ensuring all documentation is complete.
• Follow up on cash payments for services, issue receipts, and maintain accurate petty cash records.
• Manage and provide guidance to the front desk team regarding their daily duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Officer in residential apartment buildings or apartment hotels.
• Previous experience in the residence or serviced apartments sector within Dubai or the UAE.
• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Fluency in the Russian language.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of the Opera system.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow up on complex tasks.
• Good knowledge of Dubai and the surrounding areas.
