About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to complaints from tenants and owners of D1 Tower Residences via calls and emails
- Manage maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering team for timely resolution
- Coordinate with purchasing and engineering departments to obtain vendor quotes and assist with budget submissions
- Work with the accounts team to manage statements of account, invoices, and service charge details
- Handle tenant and owner move-in/move-out requests and ensure all documentation is completed
- Follow up on cash payments for services and issue receipts for payments and bank transfers
- Maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions
- Manage and provide guidance to the front desk team
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Officer in residential apartment buildings or apartment hotels
- Previous experience in residence or serviced apartments within Dubai or the UAE
- Fluency in Russian
- Advanced written and spoken English skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Knowledge of Opera property management system
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities
- Familiarity with Dubai and the surrounding areas
