About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to complaints and inquiries from tenants and owners of D1 Tower and PV Residences via calls and emails.
- Manage maintenance issues by coordinating with the engineering team to ensure timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with purchasing and engineering departments to obtain third-party vendor quotes and assist with budget submissions.
- Work with the accounts team to manage statements of account, invoices, and service charge details.
- Handle tenant and owner move-in and move-out requests, ensuring all documentation is complete.
- Manage cash payments, issue receipts for bank transfers, and maintain accurate petty cash records.
- Provide guidance and management to the front desk team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Officer in residential apartment buildings or serviced apartments.
- Previous experience working in the residential or serviced apartment sector within Dubai or the UAE.
- Fluency in Russian.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proficiency with Opera software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow up on complex tasks.
- Good knowledge of Dubai and the surrounding areas.
