About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support local and overseas customers via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist with trading account registration, onboarding, and verification
  • Provide consultation on trading platforms, tools, and features
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases as necessary
  • Record and organize customer feedback and suggestions
  • Contribute to customer service processes and training materials

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business, Economics, or Finance-related fields
  • Experience in call centers, online trading, or stockbroking preferred
  • Familiarity with online trading platforms and financial markets is advantageous
  • Proficiency in English and Malay is required; Chinese/Mandarin is advantageous
  • Ability to work assigned shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
