Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Process and validate customer sales orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product codes, and delivery requirements
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics, including arranging shipments (air/sea/land) and managing freight forwarders
• Prepare and verify essential shipping documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and export permits
• Handle import/export processes and coordinate customs clearance to ensure timely delivery
• Manage purchase orders for factories or local vendors and monitor stock availability
• Ensure strict compliance with medical device regulations, quality standards, and company SOPs
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (Sales, Finance, Supply Chain) and external partners (distributors, 3PLs, suppliers)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, order management, and logistics operations
• Hands-on experience with SAP, specifically the SD and MM modules
• Experience working within regulated industries such as medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Korean language capability
• Strong understanding of import/export processes and shipping documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Korean import/export regulations and customs procedures
• Demonstrated ability to use AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT) to streamline workflows
