About the role
Responsibilities
- Attend to customer enquiries professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Provide immediate response to technical or service-related queries and problems
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and dissatisfactions
- Process specimens received from couriers and customers with high accuracy
- Enter patient demographics and laboratory test orders into the Laboratory Information System (LIS)
- Communicate specimen or request form issues to the Laboratory Manager
- Adhere to procedures for sample centrifugation, storage, retrieval, and disposal
- Observe PDPA guidelines and maintain the chain of custody for specimens
- Ensure proper sorting, data entry, and collation of specimens containing personal data
Requirements
- "O" levels or equivalent educational background
- Experience in client services, specimen management, and data entry
- Proficiency in using Laboratory Information Systems (LIS)
- Good computer skills and organizational abilities
- Understanding of clinical and test terminologies
- Strong time-management and communication skills
