About the role

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate client records and data while upholding confidentiality and compliance standards
  • Process payments and perform various administrative tasks to support service delivery

  • Identify and contribute to improvements in systems and service delivery

Requirements

  • Proven customer service experience in an administrative or client-facing role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage respectfully with a diverse community
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using client databases
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to support team outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in community health or not-for-profit settings
  • Familiarity with client management or booking systems
  • Understanding of person-centred or trauma-informed approaches
