Responsibilities

  • Provide top-quality customer service acting as a one-stop service across the entire product and service range
  • Professionally manage incoming and outgoing calls by providing accurate and consistent information
  • Communicate clearly and effectively manage customer feedback
  • Maintain high standards of service delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform administrative tasks and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • O' levels or above
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work rotation shifts, including weekends and night shifts (night shift allowance provided)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience working in a Contact Centre environment
