About the role

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule hard waste collection bookings efficiently
  • Respond to customer enquiries received via email and the Cleanaway website
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to customer satisfaction
