Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage high volumes of inbound calls, providing timely and professional assistance to customers
• Coordinate and schedule hard waste collection bookings efficiently
• Respond to customer enquiries received via email and the website to ensure prompt resolution
• Maintain and update accurate customer records within the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to customer satisfaction

• Previous experience working in a call centre environment
