About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for residential enquiries, specifically regarding hard waste bookings and scheduling
- Provide clear information to residents regarding council guidelines and services
- Respond to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Investigate and resolve customer queries, escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all systems are kept up to date
