Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with Commercial & Industrial customers as a key point of contact
• Handle customer enquiries and deliver responsive, solutions-focused service
• Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish to ensure positive outcomes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to provide effective service solutions
• Investigate complex queries, identify root causes, and escalate issues when necessary
• Maintain accurate records and ensure Salesforce systems are kept up to date

Requirements

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service environment
• Proven ability to manage complex customer interactions and enquiries
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolution
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
